The main theme of this conference organized by the Laboratory of Research in Languages, Anglophone Literature ,Culture, and civilizations known as LaReLLiCCA on December 21, 2024 was « promoting the local culture of peace ». The conference has been an opportunity  to create  a link between training, skills and employability  as  one of the main concerns of the Université de Lomé regarding academic and sociocultural environments. All of this  corroborates  the evidence of the service of peace in an environment where it is established that peace is the solution to a problem and that each class can define its peace by the resolution of the problem of its particular problem. Three panels of two topics each provided an opportunity to discuss the different dimensions of the central theme. Each communication is accompanied by the results that link education, skills development, job search and the effective enjoyment of the resulting benefits.
