The International Journal of Language, Literature, Culture and Civilization (RILLiCC) is a peer-reviewed journal in the indexing phase recommended by the African and Malagasy Council for Higher Education (CAMES). It is the journal of the Research laboratory  in English Languages, Literature, Culture and Civilization (LaReLLiCCA) whose research results it publishes in connection with research and pedagogy on innovative and stimulating orientations to the improved life and vision of the academy and society. The Journal accepts texts that are in line with epistemological issues and current issues in order to be at the forefront of contributing to the resolution of contemporary problems.

RILLiCC awakens its readership to the academic and social challenges that arise in Africa and in the world in terms of literary science and ethical crises. It is established that the difficulties of living together are based on radicalism and violent extremism. Indeed, these crises and manifestations are only the effects of the causes hidden in the imagination that must be (re)shaped for the great collective happiness. As should be noted here, a great challenge arises for researchers who must be aware today that literary science is not rewarded at its fair value when it sees itself dressed before their eyes in the myth of the Albatross or a sonorous cymbal. The idea that unfortunately hides behind this mythology is that literature does not seem to contribute effectively to the resolution of societal problems such as the exact sciences. To say that research has value is one thing, proving it is another. The International Journal of Language, Literature, Culture and Civilization,  through the activities of the LaReLLiCCA, intends to make its readership and its target society benefit from the benefits of applied research.

The specialized committee « Literature and Human Sciences » of the African and Malagasy Council for Higher Education (CAMES) recommends the harmonized use of writing styles and the present journal is part of this guiding logic by adopting the APA style.

The editorial orientation of this journal inscribes the pragmatic and innovative results of research against a social background of mediation, inclusion and reciprocity that make it possible to control the roots of evil and achieve the objectives of sustainable development that trigger shared peace.
